David Konigsberg, President

Mr. Konigsberg has over 25 years experience as a health benefits consultant and administrator for self insured plans, ERISA funds, municipalities, school board districts and corporations. He headed the project that established the first managed care network in the tri-state area, which today has over 200,000 providers nationwide.
Mr. Konigsberg attended the School of Pharmacy at St. John’s University, and was a Marketing and Finance major at the University of Miami.

David H. Zaback, Executive Vice President

Mr. Zaback, a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, is a graduate of Queens College, New York University Graduate School of Public Administration, and Rabbinical Seminary of America. He has been the Executive Vice President of National Health Plan, Prescription Plan Services, Universal Prescription Administrators, Mail Med and MediSavers. Before that he worked at Bellevue Hospital and the Middle Village Senior Citizens Center. After two years in senior services and five years in patient health care finance, Mr. Zaback came to the National Health Plan group of companies. He has over thirty years experience in hospital, medical, dental, pharmaceutical and ancillary benefits, operations and administration.

Jamie Konigsberg, Director of Operations

Jamie Konigsberg is the Director of Operations at National Health Plan Corp. Ms. Konigsberg graduated with honors from The George Washington University with a degree in Human Services. She began working at NHP in between semesters in college and over these years was trained by her Father and Grandfather in all areas of the business. Ms. Konigsberg returned to NHP after college as Director of Operations and in this capacity she is responsible for the day to day operations, Human Resources and Client Relations.

Sharon Weinberg, Claims Manager

Ms. Weinberg, a graduate of Queens College, City University of NY, joined National Health Plan in 1980 as an entry level claims adjudicator. Her aptitude in the field of claims administration was apparent even then. Through hard work and dedication, she advanced through the ranks to attain her current position as Claims Manager.
Ms. Weinberg advises and counsels clients on benefit design, and spearheads the development, utilization, and plan- building capabilities of claims processing software, as well as training employees on claims procedures and processes.
